Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for Regina Canada Day 2025. We appreciate your support!
In our Vendor Policies document you will find all requirements, and information for becoming a vendor at Canada Day.
Applications will not be accepted after May 19, 2025.
All payments are due, upon approval of your application.

Important Application Information:

Please note this is an application only, submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance for Regina Canada Day.

We use product quality, reputation, service, duplication of products, and environmental impact as some of our methods to determine vendor acceptance. The Regina Canada Day Committee reserves the right to refuse vendor applications.

Requirements:

Description of products, and space needed must be summited in the application. Power is not provided by Regina Canada Day. Inverter Generators are only allowed in vendor sites, and sound equipment must not exceed sound requirements of 60db, failure to comply this will result in removal from the event.

Must have a valid permit and insurance, which will need to be submitted with this form.

Payment:

Deposit is not a requirement with your application.

If your application is accepted your non-refundable payment is required in full upon acceptance into Regina Canada Day. Failure to provide payment on time will result in your application being denied allowing other vendors to secure spots.

Payment methods: Cheque or e-transfer.

Please note that information about setup, parking passes, and vendor information and vendor map for Regina Canada Day will be provided by your vendor coordinator in a meeting in June. Meeting is mandatory to attend.
