Mother Teresa Middle School (MTMS) Buffalo Boys Drum Group and First Nation Dancers provide a space for students to learn cultural practices, share in traditional ways and have pride in who they are. Kevin MacKenzie is world travelled, dynamic storyteller who uses lightening words, movement and dizzying humour to electrify imaginations. Listen to him tell one engaging oral story after another.
Terrance Littletent is an accomplished Grass and Hoop Dancer who will share his gift of song, dance, and narrative, in a humble way. He’ll be joined by the drum group, the Kawacatoose Boyz.
Salsa Colada's purpose is to empower women and children and to serve as an aid to channel dreams through dance. The group was first created by a group of brave-like minded women desiring to get out of the everyday work and home life and be part of a community that provides encouragement, positivity and confidence.
SaskExpress is a theatre group with a passion for producing cutting-edge, original theatre shows and giving young performers across the province the opportunity to grow. Going for Gold takes the world of Olympic athletes and mashes it together with theatre for a funny and exciting show featuring a cast of singers and dancers, accompanied by a live band.
